Nutrition Progress Notes



Checking Heights, weights, and arm circumferences 

Looking for signs of malnutrition and vitamin/mineral deficiencies. 

Only 19 of the kids at Grace Village needed to be on a supplement!!!!

Can't wait to get the latest update on the kids' heights and weights to see what progress has been made!!


Body Mass Index is used to determine weight status for height. 


WHO Growth Charts for weight and height for age. The points on the graph represent time from assessment (January) and the last weight/ height taken (April). 

This chart shows where this boy falls on the CDC growth charts, which are commonly used in the U.S. to identify kids that are under or overweight. This chart is only being used to show a visual comparison.
